Zalfa Laili Hamzah is a Senior Lecturer at Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Zalfa holds a PhD in Corporate Brand and her research expertise is mainly in the branding area with a focus on corporate branding, product & services branding. She has presented her research output at reputable international conferences in Switzerland, UK and Australia. Currently she is working on her research grants in Corporate Branding in Healthcare Industry in Malaysia, Green Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship. Zalfa has joined the Innovation Forum Kuala Lumpur (IFKL), as a Business Development Associate to share her knowledge and experiences in marketing and branding,
