Unaizah is also an experienced academic in the University of Malaya, Malaya. She is a Senior Lecture at the Dept of Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Computer Science. Her research works focus on human cognition particularly on memory and learning. More recently, she has been working on assessing computer science students’ skills and competencies in computer programming. Recently, she collaborates with an established NGO to work on innovative products to assist learning among special needs children.
